Out of the Barrel

Out of the Barrel is worth seeking out. It's a little hard to find, with the neighboring storefront construction fences, but definitely do it. Lots of choices for beer lovers, and great beer. The ambience at this place compared to nearby Rock Bottom is much nicer, more upscale, and more intimate, not to mention quieter. It is a much smaller place with a bigger selection of beers. I liked that there weren't 87 televisions going at once. I only noticed one and I don't think the volume was on.
The bartenders were efficient and friendly. The pint I chose was delicious!
The guy next to me had a flight of 5 beers, and then a second flight, of 5 more.
I stopped in for a quick pint at the end of a long week and it was busy there was a seat open (2 actually) at the bar. It was perfect for that. I would definitely go again, and would recommend it.

Lovely beer taproom. Good option, fun beers, good atmosphere. It’s got screens for tv/sports and a fair amount of indoor/outdoor seating. Prices seemed a bit steep to me. Pet friendly. And the staff are ready to answer your questions.

Good selection of rotating beers on tap as well as in cans and bottles as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I try to stop by whenever I am in the area.

Nice little beer bar tucked inside of a shopping center. Patio seating is a nice touch. Not too busy outside because the business next door (where El Burro used to be) is vacant. Friendly bartenders and staff. Clean unisex bathroom.
