This is the cleanest, nicest run subway I have seen in years. The food line had scoops so the sandwich artists didn't have to use their hands to scoop meat, everything was clean, the bathroom was spotless and well stocked, the sandwich I got tasted perfect. The soda fountain was very clean and the there was no mildew around the ice maker (a problem I've seen in unkempt stores)
I was really pleased with my experience here.
Typically, this is my preferred Subway in the immediate area especially when the young representative is providing his quick and courteous service. This evening, I was unlucky and it started with a longer than usual wait, which I am willing to forgive. However, when the representative in her 30s reacted after I inquired about the promotional offer, the experience just went downward from that point. Overall, I enjoy Subway as the food is fresh and the value is good. However, when a representative decides to sour the customer and also confront my cell phone usage in the store, then I will take my business elsewhere. I only have limited negative experiences which one can see in my overall reviews. I feel compelled to call out bad service. One thing the representative does not realize is that the savings from a promotional offer normally translate in a high tip. Not today!
