It's been a long time since I've been to this Taco Bell, wait, what it's not Taco Bell anymore? JK. Pupuseria is a Salvadorian restaurant located in the old Taco Bell building (now painted blue and white) has inside and outside seating. The menu was kind of confusing for me as it's in Spanish (I think) then in some areas translated into English. After a while I was able to figure it out. I ended up ordering the stew chicken with potatoes carrots and salsa came with rice, beans and tortillas (Everything home made) I also got one of their homemade mixed fruit drinks. (really good)
The food took about 15 minutes to prepare and came to us piping hot. The spices were well blended in the preparation of the food and there was a lot of food. Best way I can describe the chicken stew is....well a Salvadorian take on stew.
Overall a hearty meal and a nice change of pace.
We love this place. They make the best pupusas ever.
The food is really good! And I give a 5 star but about parking space and to eat inside the restaurant is way to small
Good authentic food. They serve homemade corn tortillas with their homemade soup. The rice is delicious and so are the pupusas
