    Came on a Wednesday night for date night! Surprised there was so many open seats - to be honest based on the meal we had!

    We did the 5 course premium and the food just kept coming. So many different flavors served with various sashimi that was delicate and balanced. It’s very easy to overpower the flavors of piece of sashimi but the amount of control for each sauce + fish pairing was exquisite!

    Menu changes every night based on daily fish - however my recommendations if available:

    1. Uni + Cornbread crumble
    2. Hiramasa
    3. Their side of Cornbread with dill and roe, so good.

    Will be back sometime to try the 11 course!!

    The 11-course tasting menu available at the Chef’s Counter is exquisite. I have indulged in it twice this year with no regrets. Trent, the Owner and Chef, creatively layers textures and flavors that result in a delectable taste journey. Each course is built using fresh and ethically sourced ingredients... many of which come from local Farmer's Markets. Josh, the General Manager, and his team focus on ensuring the experience is friendly, informative, and gracious. The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I am hooked on One Fish Raw Bar.

    Enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu for the 2nd time tonight, our Fwateenth anniversary. Each course is exquisitely crafted with dynamic flavors and gorgeous plating. Ingredients are always fresh and are sourced both locally and globally. Enjoy the sake pairing when you have this meal and let Josh walk you through a wonderful experience. Service is also exceptional. One Fish is a truly memorable experience.

    Amazing addition to downtown Campbell. Tasting menu was bold and creative. Courses were well paced with great sake options and a few beer selections. Will be back to try some selections from a la cart menu

    Love the variety and creativity with fresh ingredients. Lots of raw fish, refreshing sauces, plating was colorful, eye pleasing. The cooked dishes later were good complements. Sake pairing was good too. Overall, enjoyed the experience.
