“We just stumbled across this place. Very good. If you like fried chicken sandwiches, this is the place. And not just sandwiches, but also a variety of tacos and wings. Not crowded, but i believe it'll rival that OTHER chicken sandwich place for regularity. Organic Gluten free fried chicken and variety gives it 5 stars. My son was a chef and i know that gluten free fried anything is rare and not simple.”

“I had an issue with this particular Starbucks making drinks that tasted like sour milk. I suspected they were either leaving the milk out on the counter unrefrigerated too long or not throwing it out when it expired. Through many experiments, we eventually discovered the source of the problem was the whipped cream. Either it was not being kept cold enough, or the person who was responsible for cleaning out the whipped cream canister was not cleaning it properly, so there was old cream residue left behind that imparted a sour taste. When the whipped cream melted on a hot drink, it made the entire beverage taste spoiled. This problem persisted for months. I started avoiding this location for that very reason (I've never been to another Starbucks that had that problem). After giving them a few more tries recently, they seem to have gotten better. I'm not sure if the person who was responsible for the whipped cream no longer works there or if they just improved their food safety and refrigeration practices, but I haven't had a sour drink from here in the past few months. That being said, I like the location, but they started closing at an unusually early hour on Sundays, making them useless if you want coffee in the evening. And unlike other locations, you have to ask an employee for the code to unlock the restroom.”

“I have eaten at the location downtown. The food is good. The options and service is a let down though. I wanted to order a standard plate, but I wanted to swap the rice for vegetables. They said it couldnt be done?? Not sure how or why they can't make the swap, but something like that should be an easy modification for any restaurant to accommodate. They wanted me to order 3 separate items to make something similar to the plate with veggies instead of rice?”

“I LOVE the food at the BackAYard restaurants. Always so good. I'll still give a 5 star rating even though my last experience there was a little disappointing, but it can be easily fixed. It wouldn't have been an issue before COVID. But now, precautions require face masks for staff. However, the last time I was there, the person packing our to-go bag was not wearing her mask (the rest of the staff was wearing theirs). The counter is high, and so when my corn festival bag came out, the open end was only a few inches from her face for more than a few seconds before it was then moved to my to-go bag. I asked for a replacement bag, which they gave with no issues (thank you). But, the person still wasn't wearing one by the time I left. Food is awesome, as always. Service is friendly, as always. I only ask to please remind the staff to wear their masks. Thank you.”

“Clean Juice has become my home away from home. It is incredible having a local, ORGANIC juice and food option. “Food is excellent but service is slow and inattentive. Finally asked for coffee and i got it after two tables got their food and another got their order taken. In the morning, coffee should be the first thing you do after you seat a table. Then you can enjoy your nice cup of coffee while reading the menu. The coffee is strong and good, and the pancakes yummy as are the house potatoes. Will be sad when this place is discovered and the wait is too long. But for now its my first choice for breakfast.”

“Great place for a small group of good friends. A perfect place for a blind date if you’re looking for a fun place full of energy. Not great for really romantic conversations due to the level of noise on a busy night. The staff is kind and the food is simple and authentic. The Cesar salad is the best. The pizza’s are thin and just like the ones in Italy. The pasta is also good and filling. Lunchtime is a great way to check this place out. Smaller crowds and easy to converse.
