Accidentally skipped lunch and decided to come check this place out to see what the fuss is about. We were hoping not many people would eat at 4pm on a Saturday. Turned out we still waited 30 min. The aroma was very alluring upon entering the restaurant. Unsure when I would be willing to wait to eat here again, we ordered 4 soup bases - 3 vegetarian (tomato, mushroom and spicy) and 1 non-vegetarian (spicy pork). The mushroom soup base was really mild in comparison to the other three, which were excellent. On the other hand, you could drink the mushroom soup base whereas I wouldn’t recommend it for the other 3. We ordered a bunch of vegetarian combos since one of us is vegetarian. The dishes were fresh and the soup bases made everything quite flavorful. I don’t think you need the condiments bar to add more flavor. The bill for 2 turned out to be about $110, which is not cheap considering we only ordered one meat plate. Overall, I liked the food but I’m not sure if I’d come again due to the wait and price.

This is usually quite hard to get a table as this is a so popular restaurant. I was lucky as this was not as crowded just before Chinese New year. If you like hotpot, this is a place you should try. This is the best one, I have eaten in the US!

Great service and food is fresh. You get to choose up to 4 different soup base and they charge $1 per person for the AYCE sauce bar / peanuts and fruit. The rest of the menu consist of seafood, meat, and veggies which you order individually. The stretching noodles they perform at your table is a good 30 seconds show but the order is only enough for one so make sure to order a few more if you have a group of people. The 5-star ratings is for their thoughtfulness and attentive service. It is pricey for hot pot consider three of us with a check of $170.

It's good exposure to Chinese hot pot if you haven't had them before. There are 6 different flavors to choose from, and you can have up to four flavors per table. Ranging from spicy, numbing spicy to mushroom / seafood broths. Would recommend going at least once. Ordering system is via tablet and they put your phone in a plastic sleeve to protect it from spillage. Your jackets can also be put away to protect from the smell. Service in general is great
