Hi Pot

My wife loves the dry hotpot here. Basically all of the pots come with the same flavors and you can adjust the spicy level, only the ingredients are different, ranging from different combination of meat or seafood or even animal organs.

Seafood pot was disappointing today because the shrimp and clams used are not fresh, the textures of them are somewhat nasty due to the how long they've been dead in the freezer. This is not recommended.

Number 5 pot was combination of pork belly, beef, and chicken wings. I highly recommend this one personally.

Salt and pepper chicken cartilage is excellent here. We always order this appetizer here, also recommended.

Final thought, stay away from the seafood here and go with the meat options for dry hot pots.

Great flavor, maybe a little on the too salty side but extra rice can help with that.

Great Chinese style dry-pot near Apple HQ. A variety of selections on flavor, ingredients and meats. The Store is kinda small, and there's a line at peak hour.

Affordable, great tasting food. Tea that comes with lunch is super delicious.

Best meal I had in a long time.. if you are a meat lover can hardly get better than this.. come with empty stomach and have #5 with Tsingtao .. I guarantee it is going to be the best part of the day.
