It is located across from Cupertino library. Boiling oil biang biang noodle smelt so good, and it tasted great as well. The calligraphy brush-shaped pastries are too cute, and it is red bean pastries with strawberry jam. Great!
Qin Tang’s sour and spicy noodles are tender with a nice bite, bit softer than al dente. The flavoring is reminiscent of shichuan food with a hint of the ma lah.
Biang biang noodles were like thick hearty sheets of noodle. It’s served with some spicy sauce, beam sprouts, and choi. We gobbled it right up.
Flower fried fish came drenched in sauce. It has an initial weird impression. Crisp fried fish became soggy. The fish lacked the tender freshness we expected. It quickly grew on us, like it was soft shell crab.
Overall, it’s a nice chinese restaurant. The brush pastries were like the round red bean crumbly cakes at a bakery. The novelty is nice, but we’ll never order it again for 17 dollars.
Interesting menu and high quality food. But it's pricey and wait for dishes can be long. I think it's good for a fun outing but I wouldn't come back often.
We liked pretty much everything we tasted. The chicken was great if you like it crunchy (I do!). The noodles were special, shrimp was fantastic, the little egg dishes looked so cute and we're very tasty, the pita soup was something super unique and fun etc. The owner was extremely nice making the atmosphere great. Felt a little like a hop to the other side of the ocean. The food is presented very nicely some is absolutely Instagram-heaven. Will come again!
I thought the food was all quite tasty. They had some artistic/decorative desserts that we didn't try. There was about a 1hr wait on a Friday night. We got a lamb dish that tasted like beef - either it was beef or they had a perfect seasoning to make any hint of lamb flavor disappear.
