(September 10, 2022, 6:25 pm)I really used to LOVE their bagels & sandwiches, but it seems they've gotten almost all new employee's and since then the sandwiches have become VERY skimpy which is highly disappointing. Also, calling to place an order over the phone is always a nightmare. I usually can't get through to anyone because the phone seems to be disconnected or nobody answers.

(March 20, 2022, 4:11 pm)Bagels are amazing, been going there for 20yrs now. even after moving out of Gilroy and to the bay area, this is our must stop place. they are generally busy all the time. they now have buzzers to let you know your order is ready, so that's a big plus. My kids love this place, and its one of our stops when we drive south. the one con, is that they are always busy, lines, but the service is fast still. they hired more people, starbucks next door is great too.
