The burger here are big and delicious. 😋 we ordered the Whiskey Burger and the Spicy J Burger both with garlic fries. I highly recommend this place.

On our Kid’s Birthday it’s a family tradition they get doughnuts for breakfast and choose where we eat for dinner. Westlyn chose Pops Public House! Thank you to Katie Perales and staff for making our dinner so great. The food is delicious and the environment was perfect!!

So happy to see this place come to Gilroy, amazing food and great atmosphere. The staff was on point, they only have been open a few weeks but the level of service was exceptional. Huge gourmet burgers, short rib was amazing and it came with a tamale, which was delicious. They also have Promised Land Brewing company on tap so it’s great to see them pouring local craft beer. Also great craft cocktails at good prices.

Just passing through and had an amazing experience! First, such a cool spot! Decor is really nice and it's super clean. Service was awesome; super friendly. Pretty extensive menu too. I had BLT on sourdough, really yummy, fries were exceptional 😋 Husband had the tortilla soup, hands down best I have ever had! Flavors were great, chock full of chicken, a meal in itself! The cocktail list looked awesome too.

Pop's is great! After having been here a couple of times, I can definitely say that the food is consistently great. They have a great selection of signature drinks to try out while also having yummy food. I personally really enjoy the garlic burger, and we've also tried the baked potato soup which is really good. The pan dulce bread pudding is so delicious, and caps off the great meal. Also, the service has been phenomenal, especially from Carlos who was on point in every aspect during our last visit. This place is definitely worth a try!
