    Interesting. I ordered a small cappuccino for my wife and asked for less milk foam. I ended up getting a small cup entirely of milk foam. I understand mistakes happen but when I complained about it I was getting rude looks from the employees as if I was being difficult. Seriously who in their right mind orders an entire cup of milk foam? The correct order that my wife got she was happy so I'll give an extra star since they at least corrected the order.

    The first time I buy tea Chai latte in US they told me I cannot get less sugar. Get it with less syrup can be an option but not just say no it can’t be less sweet.

    It is just too sweet for me personally. Now I get a drink I don’t want to drink it at all... such a waste. :-(
