I've ordered custom cupcakes, custom birthday cake, and an apple pie. Everything Paleo and super delicious. They really go the extra mile to make your event special. The store is super cute and staff is so friendly. I just love this place!

I found sweet diplomacy by simply typing in gluten free bakery near me and it popped up! I reached out to Melody the owner who is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met! Not only did she respond with in minutes she was able to help me! I was looking for a very rare dessert in the USA that not many people know,I was looking for a pavlova! Not only did Melody know what I was asking for she was able to make and deliver them to my house for my birthday. The pavlovas themselves were magical they were perfect and the glazed on top of them WERE TO DIE FOR!!! She made me two different flavors and decorated them beautiful! I can’t not wait until the bakery is open! It will definitely be a weekly stop for my family and I! I love that my wife and I can enjoy desserts together and not worry about her getting sick(she is celiac).
