Firenza Pizza

Nice service, good ambiance, but the pizza sauce tastes like it came from a can.

When I lived here in Los Gatos I always go there. Really great food and great staff.

My colleague and I enjoy the pizza here. They provide individual size pizza. It only takes three mins to cook the pizza. My favorite is Monterey, but I do like customizing my pizza. They also have veggie pizza for vegetarian. This place isn’t crowded. You can do a quick in and go.

As a incorrigible carboholic, I was disappointed in the thin crust of the Big Cahuna I ordered. I was delighted with the freshness and flavor of the ingredients though. Firenza is a huge improvement over my local Round Table in all respects. I will return!

Tip: try the classic tomato sauce as a base, and after you've mounted your toppings of choice have them add the pesto drizzle over it. Amazing with some fresh basil added after the pizza comes out of the oven!
