Zona Rosa Los Gatos

Lovely place and some items of the menu are very good. For example the guacamole with bacon sticks or the tacos. However some dishes are not authentic nor tasting good.

Unfortunately service can vary, from extremely good and engaged to rushed and inattentive, especially if your booking is near closing time.
On this note, you'll find that they close at 9pm on Google but OpenTable let's you book a table till 9.30. Don't make this mistake, some servers will make it look like they are doing you a favor and won't alert you about last orders for food or drinks.

I have had mixed experiences and, unfortunately, when I recommended this place to other friends they also ended up having bad experience so I can't recommend this anymore nor take the risk of another bad experience for myself here.

This is my go to spot for tacos and Mexican brunch on the weekend. Great atmosphere with excellent service and delicious food. Oh and don’t forget the yummy drinks.
I love the tacos and for brunch the banana pancakes or chiliaqulies. I highly recommended this place.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas... Very plain tasting, like they forgot to add a single dash of seasoning to the chicken. Even compared to the Mexican food I get in Florida, this was below average. Luckily the drinks were tasty and interesting, but it didn't quite make up for dinner.

All around fantastic dining experience. We didn't have a reservation on a Saturday night, but were able to find a spot at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and the drinks/food were top notch! Small cozy space with a great vibe.

Zona has the nicest Mexican menu around. We think of it as elegant Mexican Dinning. Everything is cooked in house and fresh to order. The prices are higher than typical Mexican but this is not typical. Seafood Enchiladas, fresh Guacamole with bacon and pistachios and specialty drinks that are all fantastic. Both locations are small so reservations are a wise choice. There is talk about opening a new location, my vote is for Blossom Valley but Willow Glen wouldn't be bad either.
