Shiroi Sushi

My understanding is this used to be a local french restaurant, but is now a small sushi place. It was nearby where I was staying and I was pressed for time so decided to give it a shot.

Turned out to be a great choice and the sushi was excellent. I generally have pretty high expectations for any sushi place in California and they didn't disappoint. Prices are a little high as you'd expect in this area, but service was quick and efficient. There are a lot of other restaurants crowded into this mall so parking can be a bit difficult during the most popular times. But I don't think you'll be disappointed coming here.

Nice little place on S. Winchester. First time here and I would come back. Menu is traditional, but not the stereotypical "bento box" delivery. You actually get food on a plate!!!

In short, good food, attentive service, and small / intimate location, so no large and loud dining room. My kind of place.

Just finished eating my sushi here. The place is not busy during the day. Very comfortable and nice place. The food is good too. Definitely coming back again.

Super quality sushi and other Japanese food served quickly and with a smile.
Great for quick eating, but not a very comfortable evening dining experience.
