CRUST Sourdough Deli (Los Gatos)

The dip was sweet with their bacon jam. Great flavors. The pastrami had an extra kick/more flavors, definitely great to try the variety. The bread is definitely the star of the show. Regardless of a cold or hot sandwich, they will toast the bread to perfection. It is crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Not hard enough to cut the top of your mouth which is great!

Realized that CRUST is in the plaza across the street from Rolling Hills Middle School! Lots of parking on site. There are quite a few tables inside as well.

Came in on a Wednesday lunch, and they were very busy come noon time.

This is no ordinary sandwich place. Their sourdough bread is freshly baked right out of the oven. Its crust is perfectly crisped outside and pillowy inside, unlike other sourdough bread that you need to break your jaw to take a bite. The Royal sandwich with turkey and pastrami combination was tasty. And their lemon coconut cookie was divine. Even though they don’t have a soda fountain machine, they have a huge selection of beverages to choose from. Also, they have a variety of unique brand chips to complement with your delicious sandwich. I will definitely be back to try their other sandwiches, salads and cookies.

Excellent sandwiches and deli. The sourdough is next level delicious and is soft enough for my TMJ-jaw issue. Maybe the best sandwich-sourdough I've ever had to be honest. I tried the Roast Beef dip and it was delicious and very filling. Enough for 2 people. The bacon Jam is 🤤🤤. My only criticism would be that the Aus Jus served with the sandwich could itself use a little more flavor, but other than that, 5 stars.

Fantastic bread - and possibly the best sourdough I've had for sandwiches.

I tried the chipotle chicken and it is was a decent meal that I enjoyed... But nearby competitors like Erik's craft more exciting flavors between the slabs of baked wheat.

Make no mistake that I will be coming back here, though - the bread is amazing.

The price point is at first glance a little painful. For a sandwich, chips, a drink, and a tip, I spent over $20. The good news is that these sandwiches are plenty large enough to split with a friend. I'm a large guy and I felt like I overate when I had left; next time I will share one with my wife.

I LOVE Crust for their hot fresh bread and friendly team!!! I go there for our team lunches and get a couple of dozen sandwiches made for our meetings. Get the veggie ones! So good. Thanks Tim for always going the extra mile for us.
