Despite the name, they have more than just soup. We like their pork/shrimp/egg roll combination vermicelli (#57), and their soft shell crab pho. My only complaint is it can be a little noisy when they have the music blaring.

Its a really good place to wat, you get to choose your meat and vegetables of your choice as well. You put all of your item in a bowl and they will cook it for you in less than 4 min on a verry hot steel plate. Delicious

Food is fresh and tasty. Plenty of parking cause it is located in great mall. Proceed is little in high side. Opening until late hours. Inside is very spacious. My wife ordered noodle soup, she love it and said the meat is very fresh.

The quality of the food is good, they claim to use CAB - certified Angus beef for their Pho. IMO, it's one of the good Pho that I had in BayArea. The place has a lot seats inside Great Mall. Again, it opens a few months back and it attracts a lot of traffic but they clean the flow very fast. Their rice plate also taste very good as well although it's not a big dish. The drink and water we order came in very late due to limited labors. Regardless, the varieties on the menu looks attractive and definitely I want to go back for more different dishes.

Good noodles, a little overcooked tendons, might have been using compress cook pot, vegetables good.

Quality of soup starts descending compared to time of grand opening. They don't use enough bones to prep the soups. Hope it's not going down too fast like the first one on Story Rd.

They need to sustain good, reasonable quality of product. The glamorous scenes and atmosphere helps a little bit to attract customers.

Clean seats, tables have remainder marks of water or cleaning liquids.

Fast deliveries of food to tables.

Should give 2 or more tissues per customer.

    Overall OK.
