    First time for dim sum. Very confusing for one unused to the experience. Nice ladies push carts around the restaurant and you pick what you want. For me, it was pretty much pot luck. Did have shrimp, and something else I can't describe. Did was hot and tasty. Sauces were a bit sparse. All in all an enjoyable experience, and I got out of there for $16 including tip.

    I don’t know why most people rated four star for Mayflower, but this is definitely my favorite dim sum restaurant. It’s not that crowed and the service is nice, and the price is fair. Food is delicious and good!

    So this was the first time I have eaten dim sum. Everything was served fresh & hot. Some of the meat dishes were gray. I didn't try them. The seafood dim sum especially the shrimp balls was fantastic.

    Next time I will stick with the shrimp.

    It was very good. I've had better in the Bay area but this was definitely a stop worth while. Reasonable pricing and pretty good food. The Shanghai dumplings were as close to authentic as you'll get. 4/5. A 5 star would be the best I've had so it's a solid 4
