    My family has been going to La Milpa since before I was born, and I can see why. The quality may not be the highest, but they're consistently very good. The salsas are good and the atmosphere is one of family. The potato flautas and chesse enchiladas are my go to options.

    I was told that the Menudo was good but I was disappointed. Was the Chile from a can? I asked for pulled beef in my enchiladas and got ground beef.

    I have loved this place for almost 40 years. Excellent food and Norberto our waiter is always fantastic. The entire staff is, too!

    A favorite past time of my childhood. It's still here, the food is still good, and everything still looks the same. Something's are better left as is- than changed. I'm so happy this place is still exactly as I remembered it to be as a kid.
    & Now, I get to bring my kids here. Jackpot!

    I am sure that it deserves a five star however, there was so much meat in a chimichanga that I had to pull half of it out. See my dilemma? Too much meat for some is a great thing. I prefer less and hence the loss of 1 star. It’s personal preference and not the fault of La Milpa.
