    Braised, chicken with flat noodle (picture already ate some) is very spicy and delicious. Sweet and sour crispy pork is the best, crunchy and sweet. Northwestern style lamb rib is ok, Lanzhou handpull noodle (round thin noodle) is not as good as the flat noodle. Maybe that is my preference. The golden buns with condensed milk are my childhood favorite.
