Best Ramen/Tsukemen in the area. Thick and rich flavored chicken & seafood broth provides an authentic and rich flavor that is comparable to what you get in Japan.
Soup base is delicious. All ramen comes with spicy options. Side dishes are all good and creative. Business is good. Owned by Japanese.
They served the richest paitan ramen (chicken and fish based) in South Bay area as far as I know. It has come on my top list in terms of authentic Japanese ramen.
I will definitely recommend it and come back again! Please keep the excellent quality!
This ramen shop specializes in gyotai paitan broth, which is a mixture of seafood and chicken. The broth is rich and smooth with light seafood flavor. Overall, a good bowl of ramen that stands out compared to other ramen shops in South Bay. The pumpkin karaage makes for a good appetizer.
Nits are that for the tsukemen, the bowls could have been kept hot prior to serving the broth such that the broth remains hot for longer.
The ramen here is better than most of the places I’ve tried in the Bay Area. The broth was rich but well balanced. The squid karrage is SO good as well as the ramen. Friendly service. Highly recommended!
