    Ordered online for pickup. Very fast and convenient.

    XXL chicken thigh was still very crispy and juicy.

    Ordered Chicken bento $16.99 , felt chicken is smaller here , rice is harder and chewy.
    Still like the Milpitas location one , chicken is not that thin .

    Make sure you always get a receipt or they’ll try to charge you twice. They need to be better at calling out order numbers in a timely manner.
    However, popcorn chicken was very crunchy, juicy, and fresh. Good portions.
    Pearl milk tea was good, too. Pearls were cooked well. They also offered a free sample of the popcorn chicken before we ordered.

    Grandma braised chicken rice (阿嬷卤鸡肉饭）is a must try, highly recommended. Do visit the store at Great Mall as they offer friendly service, the food is with generous portion and it will satisfy your craving for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Do try out their other snacks too. Will go back again.
