4 stars for the room it was amazing. Beautiful and comfortable. One star less for the front desk lady that was rude and wanted to be difficult. The guy that was there took over and was wonderful.

My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday weekend and we’re met with exceptional help by not only the front desk, but the very accommodating hotel. Sabrina was above all expectations and genuinely was there to help make our stay more comfortable. She was more than happy to accommodate us in anyway that we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay more than worthwhile. We appreciate the hospitality and the professionalism of this establishment so very much, we will be sure to return the future! Thank you so much Sonesta hotel and Sabrina

Very neat and clean rooms, front clerks were friendly and helpful. We had visited due to one of our friends getting married. The reception was set in the conference room. Overall great experience, didn't get to try the pool. Parking is good, right outside the building. Easy to navigate. Good place to consider for a fair-priced stay near the Milpitas area.

The room at the Sonesta was booked last minute as a birthday gift for myself. We had been working so much and we both just needed a little down time.

Without knowing what to expect, we were very happy with our stay overall. We were immediately greeted by Claudine who has an exceptional touch in making her guests feel welcome! We let her know it was my birthday and she insisted on gifting us a bottle of wine and upgrading our room as well! Claudine even gave us a list of her personal recommendations around the city!
The room itself was very clean and cozy! Hotel itself is very nice as well. The layout in the rooms makes you feel as if you were staying at a much more expensive hotel. It’s amazing.
Claudine definitely made our experience that much better. Thank you for so much detail, care and making sure you provide the beat service to your guests. We will definitely be back.

Quiet & comfy. Close to things we needed nearby. A little hard to find, but not bad. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If you're allergic to feather anything, tell them ahead of time. All our pillows and duvet were feather, so had to be switched out late @ night when we realized it. There is a freeway nearby, but you can't really hear it with the windows closed.
