Opa! Authentic Greek Cuisine

First, the noise. This is like eating in an auditorium. It was so loud it was near impossible to talk across the table. Next, the service. Somewhat disorganized, the waitress brought out the wrong wine but was pleasant and returned it for the correct one. Now the food, just average. We've eaten at other Opa! restaurants and have never been disappointed. However this meal was not the same quality as the other restaurants. And if you plan to order a glass of wine, don't be surprised when it arrives and it's almost 6 ounces, but hey, what do you expect for $18.00 a glass!!!! The glasses may be 10 or 12 ounces and you can see from the picture they're not even close to half full.

The food was really good and came out very fast. The drink service was slow we got our appetizer 5 minutes before our beers which were only slightly cool. The calamari was great and so was the lemon prawn tower. The topping for the flank steak was bland and we scraped it off. The steak it's self was good and cooked to order. I will definitely be back lots of good looking stuff on the menu.

Food was very good. Service was good though a little disorganized. Ambiance is good except it is very noisy. We had Chicken Souvlaki with Opa! fries and cauliflower gratin plus Lamb Pita with small Greek side salad. Chicken was good, fries were almost too crispy to eat. Lamb was well prepared and tasty. Pita was fresh but very bland. Greek salad was good with nice balance of ingredients. Sangria (red) was good. Prices are a little high but not extraordinarily so. We will return to sample other items on the menu.
