(March 12, 2019, 8:52 am)It's hot and miss with fast food restaurants. This time it was a hit. From the moment I was greeted at the drive thru to eating my meal, this was a great experience.
The gentleman who took my order was probably a manager was working the graveyard shift at 0100. He was very courteous and patient with my requests despite the line of cars he had. Once I got to the window, he greeted me with a smile, told me my total and then handed my order to me and thanked me.
There's not many instances where you encounter an experience like this, at this hour, at a fast food establishment. JIB, you've got a good one here. -

(December 31, 2018, 7:53 am)What you expect from Jack In The Box and a fast food restaurant. I used to drive through and the customer service was friendly order was correct and came quickly and the food was hot.
