(February 22, 2019, 2:17 am)I have ordered 3 times from this place. On my latest order, we found pieces of hair in our pizza. I called the place and they replaced the pizza - but the replaced pizza tasted as if it was under cooked.

However.
When it is not correct and you call to address the issue, the manager will argue with you about whatever the issue is.
My pizza was sent to me with no sauce when I ordered extra sauce. I called to tell them to give me a credit for my next order, and the manager kept talking over me repeatedly saying that they don’t make pizza without sauce.
I was more than irritated by this person telling me that the pizza I am looking at has sauce when it clearly had only cheese and meats on it. -

(December 14, 2018, 5:48 pm)Pizza is always good here, just make sure you check that they give you the right pizza because they have mixed up my orders in the past especially delivery orders. If you want plates, napkins, red pepper flakes or cheese you will need to ask. Customer service is great most of the time.
