    So the photos were post partial eating (sorry) but I love shalala! They waffle better 4 and 5 stars depending on the day, but the service is super fast and friendly, boosting them up in my book. Both ramen pictured were medium spicy, the thin noodles are the toripaitan

    Very tender pork slice , the soup is also good. But the noodles isn't my favourite but still good. I prefer 一蘭noodles.

    They make a delicious bowl of ramen with plenty of Umami flavor from a partially soft-boiled egg. They will tailor the spice level to your command. It's hard to go wrong with the available options.

    Lovely restaurant with some wonderful food! We only had a few starters shared between 3 but it was plenty enough for us, reccomend the pork belly if you order a starter ???????? hope I can go back on my next visit to mountain view!
