Shell Shock Restaurant

It was an amazing experience! We came in Friday evening no reservation, and we were seated right then. My waitress Nikki was above and beyond for making us feel happy and taken care of. Thank you!!

Went here for a friend's birthday during a weekend happy hour. I had the Ride Boy, which was a well balanced drink. I was a vegetarian at a seafood restaurant so I was prepared to leave hungry, but I was happily surprised. The tofu sliders had great firm tofu that was marinated and flavorful. The fried Mac and cheese balls were warm, crisp, and not greasy. They have a wide menu with a lot of options. Would definitely return again!

If you're looking for the hottest new spot in Mountain View, keep looking. Shell Shock falls short on a few fronts. But, I will be back for oysters during happy hour.

Happy hour prices (the only time I would return)

Cons:
Questionable quality of seafood
When a dish says it comes with avocado and arrives with one single slice.........

Arrived at start of the late evening Happy Hour - very nice! Treated like stars!! There was a large party next to us but that was a + as it was fun and lively. The owner thanked us for our patience for sitting next to the party and gave us each a glass of champagne - really!!! Happy Hour small plates were great! We are from out of town but would certainly go back!
