I love that you can order online. I have anxiety ordering in person or on the phone and that helps me. I just order what i want and when i get there is all ready❤ i love it!

I have never waited so much time for a drink in my life at Starbucks, it’s like the world is gonna end long. There were only two old ladies work there, one making drink and one cashiering. First, the old lady cashier did not order my drink successfully so there was no tag coming out. I understood the lady who was making drink bc she seemed not so familiar with the process of making drink so I tried to wait. 30 mins later, I had to ask a new staff and talked about my situation. Eventually, I got my drink, I’ve ordered coconut milk latte, it literally tastes like water... Idk who was the problem honestly, the drink itself, or the staff?

I used my 150 stars reward for this drink, which was a really sad fact.

They take care of your order in a very timely manner, but it's not the greatest tasting Starbucks I've ever been to. The one up in Safeway on Shoreline is much better and have a very friendly staff. They can't accept rewards points like this location, though. You can only receive them from there, so I use this Starbucks only when I want to use rewards points and mostly stick with the one in Safeway to rack them up.
