not a kid's friendly environment. when we all for extra kids plates, they actually said they are conserving those because they are running low on kid's plates. not prepared for families. no water with straws for kids either. otherwise pretty decent fast food.

The first time I had proper Japanese food is from here!! So I don’t have anything to compare this experience with.. whatever I had was tasty and hot!! The crushed chilli was too spicy.. the place is well maintained with good staff and easy and comfortable ordering method.. it was served well and looked great.. the dessert though it looked good wasn’t tht great.. I dint like the flavour of it.. overall had a nice experience.

Great location, nice environment, delicate tableware, and iPad ordering :) they don't request tips either. The food was okay; the Sukiyaki was too sweet for me. But I like it that they have detailed information about the food. Will definitely come back

Great Japanese resultant in Palo Alto downtown! Food was delicious and authentic. You can order through the iPad on your table and pay out front when leaving. There was a line on a Sunday night but the wait was not bad at all. The system also gave us a call 5 min in advance! The only limitation is that the service was a little slow

Best sukiyaki I’ve ever had. My husband and I went for lunch. It was busy, but we were still seated quickly. They have a very efficient high tech waiting list and ordering system. Every component of our lunch was great, even the rice! Very expensive, but reasonable based on quality.
