Nobu Palo Alto

Went for the wedding anniversary and had omakase. I especially liked lobster dish. Also enjoyed the dessert very much ????

I came here with a big group of friends and we had the best time! The service was amazing and so was the food. I can't thank Matt, the manager, enough for being so accommodating. Him and his staff really took care of us. Can't wait to come back again and again.

The food was solid, service on point but the concept is played out now. It's reliable and consistent, which is a wonderful quality to have. But the originality is dated now and it's heavy for Asian food.

It's elitist but everyone should experience it once but the price point just makes it uncomfortable - it's good food not art or theater.

When I first went to Nobu, there was only one and it was in NYC and they ushered in the modern era of upscale fine dining - big props for that and consistency is four stars unto itself.

Bottom line: check it out, enjoy it, but there's better ways to eat and spend money.
