Bonchon - Almaden

We came on a Saturday night before 5pm. There were probably 4 people dining in and 3 people waiting to get takeout. The store is quite spacious compared to Sunnyvale location. We ordered to-go and we had to wait for 30 minutes. While we were there, their phone kept ringing to order takeout and vendors like Doordash, Uber Eats kept coming for pickup. Next time, we will definitely call and order first and pick up later.

Bonchon is amazing, but has had a miss for me recently. The chicken is out of this world, and spicy but tasty in the best way possible. You will feel alive and wonderful. We did go recently and the chicken was drier than usual, which surprisingly dampened the experience for everyone. Other than that I'd say this place is flawless and totally a place I wish I ate every day.

This place has the best spicy chicken you will ever eat in your life. I would suggest you get a lot of them. They come with pickled radish which are also delicious. The fries are very good as well. They usually have basketball games on which makes it a good place to hang out with friends and watch the game. There is also a bar and free WiFi.

Our go to place when we are hungry and too tired to cook. The kids love it, the staff is friendly and will remember you, the food is great. I would improve some of the decor and the bathrooms.

Really happy with the meal and service, food came out quick, drunks refilled quickly.. the wings were amazing they had great flavor and they were good sized wings not like some other places that have anorexic chicken wings, the wings have some heat, use the pickled radish cubes to bring the heat back down.. overall I will be back!
