Fogo de Chão

Perhaps the most unique experience I've ever had at a steakhouse. All their meats are amazing and the presentation is just the cherry on top. The "salad" bar provides enough of a variety, from prosciutto and artichoke to starfruit and smoked salmon, to balance out the immense amount of protein you'll be intaking. My ideal spot for parties and celebrations.

Recommend to come early as the service becomes much slower later. My party of 6 came around 4pm and it was a pretty good pace. All in all good food. There was one server that gave a bit of an attitude but it was alright. The bread was amazing and the selection was good. Great choices of meat!

As someone that has been born and raised in RS Brazil, here is my review: they had some excellent cuts of meat there, but some other cuts were not that special - displaying some some small lack of attention to how cooked was the meat and how to cut it from the skewers. I have been to other Fogo de Chão places that were more representative of what you will find in a 5 star churrascaria in the south of Brazil. All the waitresses were nice, but only a portion of them had the skills that I have often encountered in other restaurants of this chain. Finally I was hoping to eat some barbecued pineapple, however they discontinued this item. When comparing with previous visits and considering the current price, my dinner visit there did not meet my 5 star expectations.

Although the salad bar (complete with cheeses, meats, etc.) is world class you should ignore it and fill up on the meats. They are stellar. Different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb - all of the super tasty. Nice location with a parking garage with both Tesla Superchargers and destination chargers a block and a half away.

The atmosphere was upscale, yet very comfortable and relaxing, not rigid. The patio seating looked cozy, we chose indoor seating though. I would say the appropriate attire would be business casual. It's a great romantic dining experience for couples, or a fine evening with friends and family. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. They actually enhance your experience. Expect to pay an average of $60 per plate, drinks not included. I would recommend you reserve your seating at least a day in advance.
Downside:
The meat is not cooked to your own specifications so it may take a while before you're finally satisfied with one that is cooked just right for you.
