This place has lots of potential but it's a little inconsistent. Ramen is a good value, but the other items (rice bowls, appetizers, etc) are waaaaaay too expensive/small portions/overpriced. Kids meal is expensive, but you get a lot of food, so it's a good value. Two smaller kids can split it. Service is weird, they can be very attentive, but bring partial orders with a long wait time. I can't tell if it is an issue with the kitchen or the servers. Vibe is good, bathroom is single occupancy no baby changing station.

Nice portions and a great variety of additions, flavorful broth make this my favorite ramen joint. What's especially good is they don't mix the "cold" components into the broth before serving (like the veggies and egg), all the heat stays in the noodles so nothing wilts and everything stays fresh until the moment you stir it up and eat it. Very tasty indeed!!

I should've come in earlier, it gets so packed in the darker hours. Nevertheless, the food's delicious & the table service is quick and spot on! Had the best Ramen meal tonight, with two refills. Ohhh, so good... & so full!!

Pretty amazing considering it's in a mall.
The noodles had great bite, the broth could have been saltier to pop flavors and it needed a touch of acidity for my taste, but it was overall super good. Fresh, hot, and their salad dressing is intriguing and tasty. I love the "save your broth!" idea, where you can get more fresh, hot noodles to finish off your last half of the broth for $2.10.

The EGGS were the absolute best part. Perfectly soft boiled.
They are "seasoned", and as far as I could detect, definitely in pork broth or fat of some kind. Super rich and flavorful, and they added a good deal of depth to the dish.
