Nothing bad but nothing good about the food. We tried chicken 65 which was bland, the pao bhaji which was sweet and garlicky, and the organic tandoori platter where the chicken was bland. The only redeeming dish was the papri Chaat which was flavorful. Mind you, all ingredients were fresh, only if the food was flavorful.

While 8 Elements is my go-to place for absolutely wonderful butter chicken, they also do many other delicious Indian dishes. I always go at off hours, so it's easy to find a place to sit, though I've been told it can fill up. The service is relaxed & friendly, and happy to explain to you what different things on the menu are. Even the desserts are delicious! I've been slowly going through the menu every time I visit, trying a different dish each time, and I haven't had a bad one yet! Highly recommended.

Great food and friendly staff. They probably have the best vegetable Manchuria in South Bay. But make sure to tell them that you are not in a hurry and need it to be perfect as it wasn’t fully cooked couple times but that was just 2 out of 7 times we ordered it here.
