Umai Savory Hot Dogs

Clean place with one bathroom, and great service. Plenty of parking. Selection of items was good. The actual meat portion of the hot dogs was a little lacking but still not had.

I got the Chicago Hopper, truffle fries, and mango creme soda (with a vanilla base). They were all really good, but most especially the truffle fries.

Taste is not bad but price pt is high for what you get. It's 7 bux for all the standard option hot dogs with the truffle coming in at 12. Most of it is just sauce instead of actual topping so I kind of fail to grasp the price

The flavor combinations are traditional and modern. I like what I tasted here. However, for myself the food is quite salty and I need a drink every other bite to wash and rinse away the overwhelming saltiness in my mouth. I will try as my friend suggested and have the sauce place on the side in hope of reducing the heavy mouth feels.

Everything I ordered was delicious and the portions are very generous.

The truffle dog is a bit pricey but well worth it if you are craving that unique truffle flavor.

The house fries came highly recommend and had a flavor I can only describe as addictive.

The desert waffle with maple was good, but to me the texture wasn't quite right. It's like a mix of a waffle and a funnel cake. At the price and it's uniqueness I would still recommend trying it to see for yourself.
