Delicious bagels. The lemon and honey spread was extraordinary.

I like the place. It's quiet and they provide good and fast service. As of now they have good customer service.

Delicious scones and bagels. Everything is fresh tasting and love the December promo (1free bagel daily!).

Quick lunch with pick two of soup and salad. Fresh bread baguette. Tasty with lots of avocado on my cob salad. Autumn squash soup was excellent this time. Clean. Fast and nice people work here.

Pros

Convenient source of good, reasonably priced bagels.
Yummy soups, salads, sandwiches.
Breakfast sandwiches and souffles are great.
Rewards program is a powerful enticement to make a reason to have some bagels.
Tuesday bagel Baker's dozen deal (say that three times fast).
Online ordering with rapid pickup option.

Cons

Value. The best things on the menu seem like they are priced just a little higher than they should be.

Sometimes rapid pickup isn't. When they are busy, sometimes the order takes longer than the app says it will. This can be managed by just ordering for earlier than you expect to get there.

Inventory for online ordering doesn't seem very accurate. Some items may be gone before your order is filled, causing a delay when you pickup. Others may show out of stock, but when you are there, they have a counter full.
