Had to keep asking to get the seafood, then when it came it was a very small portion. Nice staff and the place was clean. Two Icee flavors were not working. Carrot cake was very good.

My favorite place for delicious buffet food. got there about three, it wasn't crowded. service is consistently good. menu is similar to a restaurant in el paso i loved.

I Love this place! I take my daughter there all the time. Our favorite time to go is during dinner or for breakfast The employees are all very nice. sometimes there's a family atmosphere or a quiet one it depends. The food is all delicious,the fruit & salad bar included I definitely would recommend Hometown Buffet ! This is my updated review The place has a new manager & the last month or so I have been coming here the manager (don't know his name he's tall & dark )every time I go to the buffet & getting food he's watching my every move watching everything I'm serving myself & today he yelled at a 5 or 6 yr little boy who was telling him about the ice cream machine The manager yelled at him "why did you waste it !" "Why did you waste it !" I felt bad for the boy who just looked at the manager with big eyes. He's rude mean & needs to not work around the public

I've read most of the reviews and I understand the bad ones. Management just needs to do these simple things: 1) make cleanliness a high priority 2) may need to retrain the existing staff on cooking baked chicken 3) clean the carpets more often 4) need more plates and cups (ran out of both). The food was not bad at all, it's just that you can tell as soon as you open the door that cleanliness was not their priority. All these things could be easily fixed by hiring a couple more people and meeting with all staff to change the standards.

I been coming here since I was a 6 year old kid. You definitely get what you pay for here. This is a good place to come once in a while. Some food leave a lot to be desired but other food items are pretty good. Definitely will be coming back.
