    Nice place to have dinner. Enjoyed the food and service. Good meat ravioli. The dessert I had was the coffee with scoop of vanilla gelato, called affogato, delicious.

    Loved Palermo's!! Lifelong San Jose resident (born and raised) and I had not ever been there. The food was wonderful and the staff was quick and gracious. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Italian food.

    So Valentine's Day is not the best time to go out and expect incredible service. However, I think the wait staff did a wonderful job once we were able to place our order.

    This place has nice ambience. Patio dining with fire pits for warmth does make this place appealing. What I felt was lacking is flavor in their food. The pasta/ravioli dishes I had there were bland in taste. Also I noticed there weren't any pesto dishes (I could be wrong about this though).

    Meat ravioli was amazing. Best I have tasted. Service was really good. The staff was attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

    Only con is they had no parking lot. So you will have to find street parking.
