    Ok bubble tea. I got the mango green tea at 30% sweet with pearls. Competitive pricing, good service, good location. The tea itself tasted watered down. Wasn't impressed and wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

    Loved their hot Yin Yang (50 tea, 50 coffee)with pearls. It's a small place so wouldn't expect seating. Staff is friendly and quick. They also have some snacks (packed and store made).

    The service was so friendly and my drink was prepared extremely fast! In general I do not trust fantasia’s milk tea (that’s why I only order taro milk). The seating area is very small in this particular store so don’t count on finding seats.
