You walk in and instantly know you're gonna have a great breakfast from the vibe of the place - classic diner mode on. Great coffee, great food, a little pricier but with how much they give you and how AMAZING it is, its worth it, trust me. Come hungry and ready to eat cuz you might still have leftovers.

American food, mmm, so fresh. I love this place. Quick, helpful, and friendly service. It has a cool interior. I can see why they have so many reviews.

Fine scene for delicious american food. the service was very welcoming and observant. prices are appropriate for the quality. feels like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed visiting.

My friend and I decided to go out and eat for breakfast. He mentioned this place and I told him I have never been there, he said me neither. So that's where we ended up going. Driving there the place can be easy to miss I guess or it does not really pop out since it is just along Monterey road. Pulling in, the parking lot is located behind the place you go through like a weird one way lane, but there is plenty of space in the back. Boy when we walked in there I was not expecting that much people! The place is kind of small, but it is not a bad thing. I kind of liked the way it looked, nothing crazy just a good ol diner. The name does kind of throw you off I guess since it is, "Southern Kitchen". I wouldn't say it's southern food exactly, but still I personally liked the food. I would totally go back to this place!
