Loved the mushroom taco and the seafood stew. The cocktails were delicious, refreshing, and not too sweet! We shared the squash with tangy citrus cream for dessert. Service was great and everyone was so friendly. Planning to go back again tonight with my sister and her husband.
Different, unique, special. Have to applaud what they're doing not just in this neighborhood but in their kitchen.
Highly recommend trying everything, including the desserts.
This is modern, clean, elevated cuisine. The neighborhood is spoiled to have a place like this.
Some of the plates are a little bland but I'm sure they'll work out the issues, nothing here is the usual fare and will probably take some time to nail down.
Super interesting cocktails and absolutely amazing, beautiful food. The decor is simple, clean, and a mix of contemporary-casual-chic. I haven’t had such great, attentive service since I don’t know when. Only recommendation I would make is to dim the lights a bit. Would add a cozier, warm vibe.
Decided to try out the new restaurant in town, I really wanted to like it, give it 5 stars but it couldn’t get there.
First it’s a small location, cozy, modern and definitely not a chain restaurant kind of place. Love it, plus drinks are yummy, unique and very good. Also some great staff!
Two, it offers a good different high class kind of Latino/Mexican food menu. Stuff I haven’t seen before. For the location, I think it’s not right for the price they charge per plate though. Don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious! But this restaurant belongs in Santana Row, The Pruneyard or on the Alameda to compete with Luna for what it’s offering.
Price, yes it is very expensive for plate size. Simple as that. Expect paying easily $150+ with a few drinks but not being entirely “full”.
Kudos for inventive thinking here, but I think it’s a very out of place for location.
Wow! The cocktails up front let you know what to expect - full of balanced flavors, not too sweet - conversation starters. The food followed in the same vein... And (excellent) wine from Mexico! Will go again. And again ..
