I’m a burrito/chimi guy. Carne asada fries were kind of always meh. Wrap them in a tortilla and then you have something. But then Araujo’s carne asada fries walked into my life and I’ve never been the same since. The best I’ve ever had. One of my favorite Mexican meals to eat anywhere, any time. Sooo goood.

The ambiance is awesome. They have huge screen to watch soccer matches. Prices are almost the same as we get on the food trucks. I bought a Super Burrito 🌯 with chicken which was super tasty and stomach full. They have different salsa counter where you can try different spicy 🥵 salsas. They have clean kitchen and ample space for a group to accommodate.

Finally tried this place. Parking was a bit hard, but oh is it worth it! First impression, the staff was very welcoming, the environment was clean. We decided to dine in our first time. So the food was fresh. Everything me and my family tried was 10/10. I had a super taco (lengua) & a super burrito (asada). They don’t have a stingy hand. Everything was packed and full of flavor. I respect places that do that. You get your moneys worth and then some. My wife absolutely loved the flautas plate. My daughter had a bean burrito (no cheese) which she liked. My son usually doesn’t like burritos but now he’s a fan, he also enjoyed the Super Burrito Asada. I went back the next day. I loved it that much, tried a super taco (tripa). 💣 the salsa bar is 10/10 I really enjoyed the avocado sauce. I’m excited to try something else. I usually go to Jalisco’s Taqueria but everything is tinier there. When I think of a super burrito, I’ll now think of this place! Nobody does it better. And they don’t fill up their super burrito with lettuce like some places do. You’ll have meat with every bite. Props to the cooks! You can tell they love what they do, because you taste the love in the food! I appreciate that as a customer. Keep it going staff!

    I'm torn.

This place falls under the, "it's super close and I can walk there" and they have good tacos, but that's just it, they're good, not great, not amazing.

We came here last week and we're pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Driving by, we knew they had outdoor tables, so that was a major plus as well. The menu is a standard Mexican taqueria affair with some oddities the main one being that they charge extra for carne asada... I understand that prices are in the rise but just surprising they charged more.

The tacos were good. We got cabeza, asada, lengua and pastor. The cabeza was very flavorful and tender. The kids demolished them while they waited for their quesadilla. The pastor was very.. dry. They had the vertical rotisserie but they precut the meat and it was sitting there. The flavor was good but dry. Ultimately, the tacos bring 2.50 made it worth it. The asada was good flavor wise but also dry. The lengua was also good, but nothing stood out about it. They unfortunate part was they say the lengua and asada are extra but don't say how much more. Overall, the tacos were a 3 start affair.

The reason I gave it 3 stars was the quesadilla. It's our safe bet for the kids. I always envision a nice tortilla with a generous helping if cheese and (if you order it) meat. Something big enough that it should feed two small children. This was not that. It's was small and had a decent amount of veggies in it (lots of onion and bell pepper) almost not cheese and very little meat as well. There was avocado which was nice but it looked more like a single fajita than a quesadilla.

The meats were good but the tortillas were very dry. Not sure if they're going for healthy but it's not the fatty, chewy tortillas I'm craving. They were hand made there which was nice, just wish it had a better consistency.

In the end we will almost for sure go back because of the convenience but we will skip the quesadilla next time

We enjoyed our experience at Araujo's. Plenty of table spaces inside with a limited number of outdoor seating. Parking can be found under the Platform apartments. We had an assortment of food that included their homemade beverages and the flavors didn't disappoint. The best value for our buck for our family were the burritos because of price for portions. Al pastor meat was very tasty. They had a good sized projector near the back to watch sports and a salsa bar. We wish chips were included with the meal but next time we will order them to fully enjoy the salsa.
