Specializing in Bó Né (or Vietnamese steak and eggs), Bó Né Phu Yen nails the rendition perfectly from the delicious pâté to the medium rare filet mignon to the fresh baked baguette. It’s always made to order and sauces and flavor of the best of any version I’ve had in the Bay Area. Tip: definitely order the Bó Né.

(April 6, 2018, 5:01 am)Average Bo Me for $15 (a bit overpriced) and a bit over sweet for Vietnamese palate.
There are probably only 3 Bo Ne places in San Jose, I guess you don't have much choices here, but IMHO Phu Quy is better in terms of beef quality and price! -
