Been to a few BurgerIM locations and this one feels like it is falling behind a little. Though the burgers themselves are pretty good, and the options for a "gluten free bun" helps my roommate who has an intolerance, this is the first location to have a gluten free bun with sesame on it. Took us by surprise that they were not standard and reducing the chance of allergens with this specific bun, since that's the bun's overall goal.

Different locations have the frills, this location's pretty basic. No extra sauces for the wings, but the staff are usually ok.

Went to another location, got the burger in Gluten Free bun.

I have to completely agree with one of the guys’ reviews on here. The people at the register were just interested in talking with the cooks & the guy who took our order was a little rude, it was my 2nd time coming to one of these establishments so I still didn’t understand how the menu works and he just looked annoyed????????‍♀️ also my boyfriend bought a to go order for his best friend who had to get back to work found plastic in his burger ???????? also my bun was really cold????
I don’t think we are going back here for lunch anytime soon.

I have seen this place around and finally came in to get a burger. I got the Angus Beef burger with everything on it, and it was really good. The fries are cut as chips instead of the standard long cut fries. That didn't matter because they were good also. Definitely a must try if you have never been before. They also have many different ways to customize your burger. Will be back and try something different in the near future.
