Chispiro's Burritos Y Tacos

Any place that makes their own tortillas right in front of the customers is a must try for me. Very reasonably priced food and good quality. Salsa are fresh and flavorful. Next time I get the breakfast burritos, I’ll ask for sour cream since you need that cooling contrast against the steamy hot ingredients.

Only minor feedback to the wonderful family here is to look into why the tortillas are very chewy and tough. Maybe over kneaded the dough and too much gluten formed? Maybe a personal preference of mine but I like soft flour tortillas that are crispy on the outside but not chewy.

I have really enjoyed the food here. We tried the tortas and the bread and the food was amazing. It is our new torta place. It was our first time however we will definitely be back.

Another one of those “stumbled upon”, situations. Walked into this super clean, friendly local restaurant and just loved it. Great food, they make their own tortillas and everything looks and tastes fresh. Nice residential neighborhood and I hope their business thrives. We truly need to support more small local businesses like this one. Fantastic job, keep up the good work.

This place is amazing!!! The food is impeccable. The staff is lovely. The ambiance is warming with the Spanish guitar playing as we dined. We will definitely be back! It helps that we see the acupuncturist across the parking lot. We will definitely stop in after our bi-monthly poke. ;)

The food is fresh and flavorful. The Carnitas is moist and juicy. The Grilled Chicken is season just right. The Chorizo is fresh and mildly spicy. The Al Pastor is delicious. There's a variety of salsas and other items. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming, though a little small inside. Hopefully they'll have outdoor seating as well during the nice weather. Prices are reasonable and portions sizes are typical. Best of all, is that all of the employees are really nice, friendly, and full of smiles. Wishing Chispiro's lots of success and business.
