I'm an avid fan of all things Chicken and sandwiches in general, so naturally, a Chicken sandwich is something I would gravitate towards. Chubby's Chickn is an unassuming food truck located on Story road in front of the Cafe Da Thao restaurant and across the street from Wal mart.

The menu is simple Sandwich or wings. What makes this place special start when you take your first bite, big pieces of juicy chicken and wholesome ingredients. What I appreciate the most is the spectrum of spiciness levels from mild to Ghost-Pepper level.

They have good customer service and they are prompt in getting the orders out quickly.

One thing to keep in mind is that they are only open Wednesday through Sunday, so double check their hours before going.

Overall, while it's not the most healthy, I would still recommended this place if you have the cravings for one and you're in the area. It's definitely on par with the famous Nashville Chicken sandwich place in LA, Howlin Rays.
