I bought our tickets online through the app to secure our seats for the movie. The concessions area was organized and clean. It seemed like a small selection of snacks but I think that's because the area is so condensed. They had all the favorites (popcorn, nachos, candy, ice cream) I grabbed my snacks and walked up to pay. The girl behind the register was friendly and welcoming. The room we were in was small but cozy. The seats have seat warmers which was really nice because it's cold in there. The recliner chairs are clean and comfy. The table sturdy to hold all your snacks. Midway through the movie I had to use the restroom and found it clean and well maintained. I had never been to this movie theater and was pleasantly surprised at what a hidden gem the place is. It's small, cozy, and clean. The parking lot is right behind the movie theater. Mid quality wine by the glass in plastic cup. Good wine. Don't mind the VIP. Super nice leather electric recliners in theaters. Super duper comfortable.

Very well maintained theater right in Santana Row. Theaters have reclining and heated seats. There is ample parking right next to the theater during weekends and evenings. Has nice little lobby in the front and concession stand. Great deal on ticket if you are Cinemark movie club member.

I really like this theater for me it's handy to get to and I always get lucky in the parking lot which some people complain about really depends on the time of day you arrive. The parking lot tells you how many parking spaces are available and I never find that it's less than 70 spots when I get there. Cinearts Santana Row has the recliners and also features a selection of wine and I think beer it has the standard popcorn hot dog reheated Pizza menu choices as far as food but it does have a good variety of candy bins you can make up your own mix of candy in your bag. They never seem to mind if you ask for more butter on the popcorn. It's good to be a member it definitely saves you money if you are an avid moviegoer and you like to take advantage of the concession stand at 20% off. It's reserved seating which I like because you know ahead of time by having the app if you can get a seat that you're going to be happy with otherwise you just pick another day or another theater.

This place is clearly very well run. It is the cleanest cinema I have been to in the bay area. The small lobby is inviting, the concession bar is well run, and the cups by the water fountain are a nice touch. The old movie posters give the place a traditional cinema vibe, and the friendly staff bring the whole experience together.
