    My daughter is Vegan and always making me try vegan food telling me "it tastes just like (whatever food I love)...she has always been WRONG. I always try it just to appease her anyway. So I tried this truck and I have to say if I was able to make Vegan food that taste like this then I would make the switch for sure! The Carne Asada is unbelievably delicious, we also tried the Chilaquiles and the pancakes and they were all fantastic. Definitely recommend this truck.

    To the guy who gave this spot 1 star because HE couldn't find it since HE did not realize that this is a mobile truck... you should be more considerate about how YOUR poor review can affect a small business owner. Hopefully you can take the time to visit this spot when they are open, I'm sure you would enjoy the food and the courteous service from the owner like we did and correct your review.

    Excellent jackfruit burrito!! One of the best burritos I've had, even before going plant based. Spices were great and the rice was just the right fluffy. It's weighs quite a bit, probably could feed two people. Pairs great with a night of heavy drinking.
