    Family run coffee shop with great breakfast options, good mochas and Vietnamese coffee. Try the purple yam pancakes or an omelette!

    Want to rate it higher... But I ordered two things and both were wrong. Scone was actually pretty good. Coffee was a bit 'thin' - 12oz comes with one shot. Staff is friendly.

    Friendly Service and Great Food! Try their sizzling Longanisa dish and their Ube Pancakes are a must!

    Pricing on food a little more than I'd like to pay but great customer service. I enjoyed the chill, comfy vibe. My hubby enjoys working/ studying here.

    Absolutely try the LOX-A-CADO TOAST..... to die for ❤️. Great cappuccino too. Doggie patio...
